There are NO plans for a Spice Girls movie.

British newspapers The Sun and The Daily Mail have written articles claiming the new film, an adaptation of the musical Viva Forever, is set to hit theaters in 2011.

They also claim all five Spice Girls will star in the big screen presentation.

As of July 2010, Melanie C, Emma, Victoria and Mel B have all confirmed they are still looking for writers to pen the musical's script.

The papers, however, state the musical is set to hit the West End stage in November of this year. What?!

On top of writing the script, a cast needs to be chosen, choreography needs to be drawn up, rehearsals need to take place, and the production team needs to be hired and trained. Once this is completed, there is still the large task of promotional shoots, audio recordings and TV, radio and press promotion.

The papers think all of this can be completed in three months?

In a TV interview last month, Mel B said she hopes the play debuts by the end of next year- at the earliest.

The only TRUTH regarding all five Spice Girls is Emma's actual quote stating all five will be involved in selecting the cast for the play.

The Spice Girls will not be in the musical, nor will a film adaptation (for a play that is barely one toe off the ground) be produced.

Now you know the facts - NO SPICE GIRLS MOVIE IN 2011.

Shame on the papers for being so stupid, and shame on you for believing them!

Emma will partake in a live video webchat on July 13 to introduce her new Channel Five series 'Don't Stop Believing.'

Mel B is taking part in the 17th Annual Keep L.A. Running 10k Charity run on July 11. Not only will she host the event, she'll be running in it. And you can, too.

The Run kicks off at 7:30am on July 11, 2010 at Dockweiler Beach in Playa del Rey, California.

Mel B took part in Oxygen Live this past Monday in New York City. The webcast, which was expected to be broadcast at 9:00pm for an hour before Dance Your Ass Off aired, ran late due to some difficulties.

Instead, Mel answered questions and talked to her VIP guests during commercial breaks from 10-11:30pm. The webcast was archived and can be viewed here.

The video automatically skips forward 45 minutes due to the delay at 9:00pm. Don't worry - you aren't missing anything from 0:00:00 - 0:45:00!

Secondly, because the webcast was done in segments during each commercial break, there are 15 minute pauses in between. The "Dance Your Ass Off" logo appears at this time. Just fast-forward the video and you will eventually see Mel back on. The video also goes mute at some points instead of the DYAO logo. Again, keep forwarding the video until you hear audio.

Mel B hosts the second season of Dance Your Ass Off... and it premieres TONIGHT!

If you're in the USA, tune in to Oxygen Network at 11pm EST for the hour-long dance kick-off.

Its regularly scheduled programming will begin Monday, June 14 at 10pm.

Formatting changes will be taking place over the next few days which covers at least 70% of pages around the website.

These changes include text alignment, image alignment, column placement, spacing and bordering.

While these changes are not necessary to keep the website in top form, they will allow for a more organized page to suit your browsing experience.

However, even with the growing language of website coding, Internet Explorer does not support the HTML/PHP we are hoping to use.

For those of you using Internet Explorer as your default browser, we suggest and urge you to upgrade to a quicker, simpler and more advanced browser that can handle these changes.

Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari have been tested and are compatible with the new pages that are being edited. Each of these browsers can be used on PC and Mac computers and are free to download.

If you decide to stay with Internet Explorer, you will still be able to view the website but many pages will be disjointed and off-center. Thousands of other websites also have this problem when viewed in Internet Explorer.

The 'Images' area of the website is going to be taken down. I find it too difficult and costly to upload so many pictures to my server, and honestly don't have the energy or desire to do so, especially with so many other sites offering the same pictures. Links to those sites will be posted shortly.
